"LinkedIn profile felt generic"
I ordered the LinkedIn profile rewrite and, i was hoping for something that felt more like me. The summary was just kind of generic, like it could’ve been used for almost anyone, and then some parts of my work history were mixed up, which threw me off because, yeah, I had sent the details clearly.
I did ask for changes, but the edits still felt copy-pasted instead of actually tailored. At that point I just ended up rewriting most of it myself, so I don’t know, it was disappointing and definitely not really worth it for me...

I was worried about getting fooled when I ordered this, and unfortunately that’s kind of how it felt. The resume looked really rushed, like someone just threw it together without much care. For what I paid, I expected more. Definitely didn’t feel worth it.

I paid more than I originally expected, so I was really hoping the resume would feel more tailored to me. It wasn’t awful, but it came back feeling basic and generic. I still had to go through and change a lot myself, which was disappointing. After that, I started questioning whether the service was worth it at all. For the price, I expected something more personalized, not something that felt like I could’ve put together with a free template.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I wasn’t super impressed. The resume they sent me felt generic, like it could’ve been for almost anyone, and I ended up having to make a bunch of edits myself. For the price, I just kind of expected it to be more polished, even though maybe I was expecting too much. Support also took a while to get back to me, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating

I didn’t feel great using this service. It sounded a lot better before I paid, but after that things got confusing quickly (which already made me uneasy). Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it just didn’t feel reliable, and I wouldn’t use it again.

i mean, the ordering process was simple and I didn’t really get confused at any point. A couple parts felt like they dragged on a bit, but overall it was fine. Nothing amazing, but it worked well enough for me.

I was kind of embarrassed when I got my resume back and noticed typos, wrong dates, and some really odd spacing. I’d expected it to look polished, but it felt like the small details were barely looked at. Not a great feeling, especially when it’s something you’re supposed to send out to employers.

"Cover Letter Needed More Work"
I ordered a cover letter from Resume Professional Writers, it was just okay. It had the basic points in there, but it sounded generic and didn’t really feel like something I would say. A few lines gave me that “pulled from a template” vibe, which was disappointing considering I was hoping for something more personal.
I asked for revisions, and they did make some changes, but it still didn’t feel strong enough to actually send out. What bothered me most was that the goalposts seemed to keep moving a bit, like I’d explain what I wanted, then the next version would fix one thing but miss another. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected a lot more polish.

"Too Many Revision Rounds"
The whole revision process was frustrating, honestly. I sent what I thought were clear notes, but the changes kept coming back like they didn’t really match what I asked for. At one point I was just thinking, make it make sense, because it felt like my feedback wasn’t actually being read. After a few rounds of that, I ended up fixing some of it myself and just moving on.

"Felt like I had to chase them for updates"
The turnaround ended up taking a lot longer than I expected, and the updates were slow. I kept having to check in myself, which got frustrating after a while. It started to feel like they weren’t going to prioritize it unless I kept nudging them, which isn’t really what I was hoping for.

So, i wasn’t really a fan of how the pricing was laid out. Like, it just didn’t feel super clear upfront, and I only really figured out what the actual cost was after going a bit further through the process. Maybe I missed something, I don’t know, but I feel like that kind of info should just be easy to find right away. I also don’t really want to have to contact someone just to understand what I’m going to be paying. Overall, yeah, not the best experience for me.

"I was frustrated with the whole communication..."
I was frustrated with the whole communication side of things. Once I paid, the replies got really slow and I kept having to chase them just to get basic updates. A couple times no one got back to me for a day or more, which made it way more stressful than it needed to be. I dont mind waiting if someone just tells me whats going on, but the silence was not ok. I wouldnt use them again...

"Helpful at first, but no follow-up"
They said they could help if my deadline issue was real and even offered to shorten things for me, which sounded promising. But after I explained what was going on, I never got any follow-up. Frustrating when you're already dealing with a tight deadline.

I was disappointed with how the satisfaction guarantee played out. The website made it sound like they’d keep working with you until things felt right, so I thought requesting changes would actually help. But after I asked for revisions, the resume still didn’t feel like me, and the updates didn’t really fix the main issues. It was confusing because the site says one thing, but my experience felt different. Maybe it works better for other people, but I don’t think I’d use them again.

I paid to have my resume rewritten because I really thought it would help me get more interviews, but nothing changed much. I sent it out to a ton of jobs and most of the time I just heard absolutely nothing back. It was frustrating because I spent money on it, but also wasted so much energy applying with a resume that clearly wasn’t doing much for me. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it just felt like a letdown. After a few weeks, I ended up going back in and reworking it myself

"Refund process has been really frustrating"
I asked for a refund thinking it would be straightforward, but it’s turned into such a headache. At first I was hopeful they’d sort it out quickly, then it became delay after delay with different excuses each time. Now I’m just annoyed and disappointed because I’m still waiting and it feels like nobody is taking it seriously.

"Decent effort, but the ATS help missed the mark"
I wanted to like this more, and to be fair, it does look like some effort went into it. But the ATS part felt weak overall, which is kind of surprising since that was the main thing I needed help with. It’s fine if you just want something basic, I guess, but I wouldn’t say it gave me much confidence...

"Slow replies and frustrating support"
I tried resumeprofessionalwriters.com thinking, okay, this should make the whole resume thing easier, right? But the customer service ended up being disappointing. After I placed my order, I had a few questions, and I kept waiting around for clear answers like, did they even see my message?
When they finally replied, the responses felt rushed and didn’t really solve what I was asking about. I’d explain something, then somehow have to explain it again, which got old fast. At one point I was just sitting there thinking, why is this taking so much effort when I’m paying for help?
Maybe someone else had a smoother experience with them, but mine was stressful and not worth it. I expected better communication at the very least. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Resume formatting was a mess"
I paid for a resume the formatting looked bad. The spacing was weird, the fonts didn’t match, and the sections felt like they were just thrown together. I ended up having to fix most of it myself before I felt okay sending it out. Whoever runs this really needs to pay more attention to the design side of things, because it definitely wasn’t worth it

"Looked decent, but didn’t really move the needle"
I tried this hoping it would make my resume stand out more, and while the final version looked okay, it didn’t really help my job search. I still wasn’t getting interviews after sending it out. Compared to a couple of other resume services I’ve used, this one felt a bit more basic and less tailored to the roles I was applying for. Not terrible, but I expected better results
